VectorCSP is looking for an experienced Schedule Team Lead to work in the Albuquerque, NM area. 

Job Summary: The Schedule Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) efforts.

 Requirement:

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance

 

Education and Experience:

  • The Schedule Team Lead should have a minimum of 5 years of schedule management experience relating to DoD projects, such as major weapons systems or major programs (e.g. ACAT). Experience directly supporting scheduling functions for the AFNWC preferred.

Essential Duties     

  • Shall develop, integrate, and deliver monthly updates to Air Force Integrated Master Schedule (AIMS) and Joint Integrated Master Schedule (JIMS) and perform detailed schedule analysis for the nuclear gravity weapon programs.
  • Shall monitor, track and report receipt of updated schedule information from internal and external sources for the nuclear gravity weapon programs.
  • Shall develop ad hoc program schedule impact assessments for specific scenarios and/or events.
  • Shall monitor, resolve conflicts, conduct schedule analysis, and perform schedule health checks as needed in order to ensure accuracy and reduce errors.
  • Shall develop and/or update AIMS and JIMS user manuals annually describing the processes conducting updates to the integrated schedules and schedule architecture.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: 

  • The Schedule Team Lead shall have demonstrated expertise in various schedule software applications (i.e. Microsoft Project) and schedule analysis tools.
  • The Schedule Team Lead must possess experience in DoDI 5000.2 acquisition processes, DoD-DoE 6.X process, and familiarity with the Air Force Nuclear Certification Process.
  • Expertise in schedule development and analysis
  •  Demonstrated proficiency working with Kidasa Milestones software
